CONTACT FORM<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contacting the Firm via the Form requires the User to indicate the following personal information: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the detailed part of the Form, the User formulates the message\/question to the Law Firm as precisely and concisely as possible, ensuring the anonymization of the transmitted data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completion of the Form is intended to provide the Firm with basic information about the case in order to obtain legal advice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completion and submission of the Form is voluntary and non-binding, in particular, the mere fact of completing and submitting the Form does not create any obligations on the part of the User or the Firm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The law firm processes the personal data provided by Users only for the purpose of contacting the User on the matter described, after obtaining the User&#8217;s prior consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users&#8217; personal data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) of the RODO, i.e.. in connection with the User&#8217;s consent to such processing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users&#8217; personal data will be processed until the purpose of processing ceases or until the User withdraws consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fa5c10d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fa5c10d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>IV.
