Any costs that are associated with the liquidation of the association can be paid from the assets of the organization. An association registered with the National Court Register faces the cost of court fees. First is the cost of notification of the initiation of the liquidation process of the organization (i.e. updating the data) in the KRS register and the second is the cost of filing an application for deletion from the KRS.
