The adoption of a resolution to liquidate the foundation does not yet mean the loss of the foundation’s legal existence. The resolution to liquidate the foundation must be filed with the registry court. This is done by the selected liquidator on the appropriate application forms. The main application form should be accompanied by: 1.a resolution on the liquidation of the foundation including an indication of the reasons for liquidation, 2.a resolution on the election of a liquidator with an indication of the method of representation of the foundation during liquidation, 3.the liquidator’s consent to take office with an indication of the mailing address, 4.a resolution on the allocation of the assets remaining after the liquidation of the foundation, 5.proof of payment of the court fee.The opening of liquidation by the court is subject to a court fee. For foundations conducting business and registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, the fee is PLN 350.00. A foundation registered only in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care institutions is required to pay a lower fee of PLN 150.00.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
