How long does it take to liquidate a company?

The liquidation of a limited liability company lasts for at least 6 months from the date of publication in the MSiG of the announcement of the opening of liquidation and the summons of creditors. The duration is affected by the situation of the company, the number of cases to be closed or assets to be monetized. The length of time it takes for the company to be removed from the KRS is also not insignificant. So be prepared that liquidation will take at least eight months.
