How much does it cost to liquidate a company?

The first cost associated with liquidation is the cost of a notary public for drawing up, in the form of a notarized deed, the minutes of the meeting of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, which adopts a resolution to begin liquidation of the company. Such a resolution most often starts the liquidation process. To this must be added the cost of excerpts of deeds with the resolution needed by the liquidators in further stages of liquidation. The opening of liquidation must be reported to the registry court. The fee on this application is 250 zlotys. To this must be added the cost of the fee for the announcement, in the Court and Economic Monitor, about the dissolution of the company and the opening of liquidation – this cost is PLN 100. Another cost is related to the announcement in the Court and Economic Monitor containing a summons to the company’s creditors to report their claims. After liquidation, you need to apply to the registry court for its deletion. If you will use professional support during the liquidation of the company, the following should also be added to the costs: the cost of accounting services for the liquidation process of the limited liability company and the cost of legal services for the liquidation process of the limited liability company. In summary, the inventory of costs when liquidating a limited liability company is as follows: notary fees – approx. PLN 1,000 (excluding the fee for S24 companies); court fees (including the fee for announcements in the MSiG about the opening of the company’s liquidation and its deletion) – PLN 750; the fee for announcing in the MSiG the summons of creditors – approx. 300 zlotys; accounting support for the liquidation process – approx. PLN 1,000; law firm fees – approx. PLN 3,000.
